Hungover? BANa to the Rescue!
The Digitel
12/20/2010
Thanks to BANa, a rehydrating drink developed by a Charleston-area M.D., celebrators needn’t welcome 2011 with a headache, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, dizziness—hangover symptoms that also signal dehydration. Dehydration is the most common culprit for the next-day blues.
Fans of the drink have discovered they can forego the aspirin, and slam a $2 bottle of BANa.
Developed by an ER doc, Ben Yoo, BANa is modeled after saline IVs administered in emergency rooms and urgent cares. Whereas ER docs administer about 3 to 4 bags of the saline solution (and up to 36,000 mg of sodium), BANa works faster, cheaper and without invasive measures.
